1. The Formosa Court, the court of Formosa serving the inhabitants of Formosa and Pescadores, namely, the nationals of Japan Empire (Japan Empire is the State of the Japanese Empire which has two sovereign entities and has performed Meiji Constitution). The Formosa Court also serves other countries' nationals or stateless persons or other countries' refugees in Formosa and Pescadores.
2. The Formosa Court has registered under the jurisdiction of sovereign right of Japan Empire since 7 October 1895.
3. Around 1940, there were two specific high courts, two specific local courts, five local courts, three stakes and thirty eight branches of local court in Japan Empire territory Formosa to serve the inhabitants of Formosa and Pescadores.
4. the justice system was "two-tier trial system", because of war, since 24 February 1943 to 25 October 1945.
5. The courts and courts' buildings and courts' files and documents in the occupied Japan Empire territory Formosa are all took over by the military occupation of Chiang Kai-shek of United States led Allied Powers. This is critically in violation of Article 3, 47 and 147 of IV GENEVA CONVENTION - RELATIVE TO THE PROTECTION OF CIVILIAN PERSONS IN TIME OF WAR OF 12 AUGUST 1949, with wilfully depriving a protected person of the rights of fair and regular trial.
6. The present legitimate court in Formosa is the Formosa Court in accordance with the Princilpls of Charter of the United Nations and in accordance with the Geneva Conventions of 1949, which has been rebuilt since 22 May 2013 by the Red Cross of Japan Empire (also known as the Red Cross of Japan Empire).
